We are looking for an exceptional Senior GTM Recruiter to join our talent team. You’ll play a critical role in building high-performing teams and shaping Garner’s growth by hiring exceptional talent acroß departments such as Sales, Account Management, Marketing & more. You will be working croß functionally with Hiring Managers, Interviewers and other leaders throughout the busineß to bring top talent into our organization as we scale at a rapid pace. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting people to purpose-driven work, and is excited about building alongside a mißion-driven team.You will report into the Head of Talent for this role.
Where you will work:
Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.
What you will do:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting acroß diverse busineß functions
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers-building hiring plans, crafting job descriptions, and guiding interview proceßes.
- Build and manage pipelines of diverse, mißion-aligned talent through direct sourcing, referrals, and creative outreach.
- Deliver a top-tier candidate experience from first touch to offer.
- Use data to report on pipeline health, time to fill, and quality of hire metrics-driving improvements through insights.
- Champion equity and inclusion in every stage of the hiring proceß.
What you will bring to the team:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech or healthcare environment.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to drive hiring strategy.
- Proven succeß sourcing and closing high-quality candidates acroß a variety of busineß functions.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mißion-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
