Tasks Overseeing and managing the end-to-end sample lifecycle for new oncology service providers to ensure smooth operations. Collaborating with Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), clinical trials, and sales to provide seamless and tailored support to new customers during their transition to Natera. Identifying and eliminating potential bottlenecks in the onboarding workflow and representing the interests of service providers in internal laboratory and clinical operations. Utilizing Snowflake and Salesforce to monitor incoming samples and communicate with service providers. Effectively communicating progress in onboarding, risks, and ROI assessments to the Oncology Business Unit leadership team. Requirements Required: Bachelor’s degree; preferred: advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare. At least 3 years of experience in customer success, clinical account management, or a service role within genomics or personalized medicine. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Snowflake, PowerBI, Tableau) and the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights. Strong knowledge in oncology and genomics; ability to discuss clinical workflows, including liquid biopsy or genetic testing. Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. Strong empathy with a focus on simplifying complex medical, regulatory, and operational requirements for clinicians. Experience simultaneously managing multiple high-profile client accounts in a fast-paced, interconnected environment.
