This individual will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, drive scalability, and support our growth in advanced manufacturing. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the Aerospace & Defense Industry. <h3>How You'll Contribute:</h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead and manage complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational improvements and drive measurable outcomes.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop and monitor KPIs to track program success and identify areas for continuous improvement.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Create detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines are met.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Analyze data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Champion lean principles and operational best practices across the organization.</li> </ul> What You Bring To Xometry: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain roles.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.</li> </ul> <h3>Preferred Qualifications:</h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience in the Aerospace/Defense or manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and operational analytics tools.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification is a plus.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.</li> </ul> #LI-Hybrid<div class="content-conclusion">Xometry is an equal opportunity employer.
