We’re seeking a Manager of Busineß Development to lead and grow our mid-market BDR team. This role reports directly to the VP of Busineß Development. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving qualified meetings, coaching and developing a team of Busineß Development Representatives, and partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to refine our go-to-market strategy. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our outbound efforts are targeted, data-driven, and aligned with company growth goals.

Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.
