- Etabliere und promoviere Best Practices in Prompt Engineering, AI Guardrails und Evaluation Methodologies
- Baue Platform Capabilities für Safe Deployment, Monitoring und Iteration von KI-Applikationen
- Konfiguriere Tracing, Monitoring, Observability und Incident Management Solutions
- Partnere mit Product und Engineering Teams zur Verständnis von Requirements und Lösungen
- Continuös Improve Developer Experience und Platform Adoption
Deine Voraussetzungen
- 5+ Jahre in Software Engineering, Backend Engineering oder Platform Engineering
- Strong Erfahrung mit Backend Systems und Distributed Services in Production
- Erfahrung beim Aufbau von Developer Platforms, Internal Tooling oder Shared Services
- Hands-on Erfahrung mit KI-Powered Applications und Modern LLM Frameworks
- Good Understanding von Modern AI Concepts (LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Guardrails)
- Erfahrung mit AI Frameworks (ADK, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI)
- Erfahrung mit Cloud Platforms (GCP bevorzugt, AWS oder Azure)
- Strong Understanding von System Reliability, Observability, Monitoring
- Erfahrung mit Infrastructure as Code und Cloud-Native Architectures
