Development of communication strategies and leading regular reviews with customers. Manager of the portfolio of service contracts, including revenue and margin responsibility. Scope planning and organization of maintenance and outages. Handling technical and business issues of customer items under post-warranty and service agreements. Requirements Completed bachelor’s degree (or GED with 8+ years of experience or an associate degree with 5 years of experience). 8–10 years of technical experience in the power generation industry, particularly with LM Aeroderivative technology.
