Driving the entire sales process from early interest to full activation. Guiding customers through Monzo’s business account offerings and supporting them in choosing the best solution. Maintaining a lead pipeline with accurate tracking and forecasting. Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product, risk, and customer operations. Qualifications Experience in small-business sales, ideally in the financial services sector. Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to manage the entire sales process: from acquisition to activation. High level of emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills. Flexibility and resilience to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances. Benefits Salary of £67,000 total earnings (base salary + commission).
