Deine Aufgaben

  • Provide On-Going In-Life Servicing Support zu allen Specialised Lending Customers
  • Undertake Post-Approval Administration für Growth Finance: Timely Release von Communications, Legal Documents, Payments zu Third Parties
  • Contact Customers/Brokers für Required Information
  • Review und Request Additional Information für Clarity; escalate Lack of Response / Missing Detail
  • Manage Workload zu Adherence SLAs und Quality Expectations
  • Liaise positiv mit Customers um In-Life Loan Requests accurate und timely zu complete
  • Support Asset Finance Brokers und Growth Direct Teams mit Loan Servicing Requirements
  • Maintain Good Stakeholder Relationships (Internal und External) für Smooth Communication Exchange
