- Skalierbare LLM Application Architektur mit RAG Pipelines, Vector Databases, Prompt Workflows
- End-to-End Technical Delivery von Internal AI Tools - Backend, Frontend Integration, Deployment
- Mit Business, Brand, PR, IR und Leadership zusammenarbeiten
- System Performance optimieren - Token Efficiency, Latency, Retrieval Quality
- AI Coding Tools und LLM Frameworks evaluieren und integrieren
- Junior Engineers mentoren und Technical Standards etablieren
Deine Voraussetzungen
- 4-7 Jahre Backend Engineering Erfahrung
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Hands-on LLM Application Development
- Strong Backend Skills in Python
- Solid Computer Science Fundamentals
- Production-Level LLM Application Experience
- RAG und Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
