Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities Your mission - You are the voice of our customers and support them in their digital procurement strategy. In doing so, you work closely with our product, marketing, sales and founding teams to ensure sustainable success. Your role: Onboarding and implementation: You lead the entire implementation process with our customers, establish a long-term partnership and make a significant contribution to the digitization of their procurement. Bridge between strategy and execution: You translate our customers' strategic visions into concrete solutions in direct collaboration with senior executives from industry and work hand in hand with our product and tech teams. Project management: You coordinate multiple projects in parallel, ensure outstanding execution and master complex challenges with top-class project management skills. Customer retention and growth: You drive customer development after the sales process and work closely with our Account Executives to foster further growth. Spotting opportunities: You identify new potential, boost business outcomes and ensure that your customers' goals are achieved. Success stories: You turn successful customer projects into inspiring success stories and work closely with our marketing and growth team to do so. Your profile What you should bring: Academic background: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier university. Experience and customer focus: You have experience in consulting, Customer Success, Account Management or Sales and possess a strong customer-oriented mindset. Team player: You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and contribute actively. Digitization expertise: You have already gained experience in implementing digitization projects or software implementations for enterprise customers. Procurement experience is a plus. Language skills: You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken. Why us?
