Tasks End-to-end project execution for complex installation tasks, considering quality, budget, and timelines. Close collaboration with customers, construction partners, and internal Philips teams to achieve successful field outcomes. Develop and execute detailed project plans, and coordinate cross-functional resources. Analyze project performance and risks to drive continuous improvements. Support pre-sales activities with technical expertise and ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions. Requirements At least 2+ years of professional experience in project management, construction, installation, or customer service, preferably in the field. Knowledge of reading construction plans, coordinating construction and installation projects, as well as communication and technical problem-solving. Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field. Ability to meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements of the position, with or without adjustments. Organizational skills, self-initiative, willingness to work in the field, and the ability to maintain strong customer relationships.
