Responsibilities Providing excellent customer service via email for Arsenal Direct. Resolving customer inquiries regarding order status, returns, refunds, and special requests. Collaborating with the call center, warehouse, and external partners. Maintaining documents and trackers to monitor activities. Handling personalized inquiries with attention to detail.
