We are rapidly expanding our air con servicing and surveying team and we want you to build a career with us. If you have a valid Class 3 Driver's license, believe you are a friendly face and patient with customers and would like to develop technical skills - we would love to talk!

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of air-conditioning systems, including identifying electrical, mechanical and refrigeration-related faults.
• Conduct general servicing, maintenance and chemical overhaul of air-conditioning systems as required.
• Diagnose recurring or complex air-conditioning issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
• Carry out repair, replacement and testing of faulty air-conditioning components to ensure systems are restored to proper working condition.
• Advise customers on air-conditioning maintenance, repair requirements and suitable servicing solutions where necessary.
• Ensure all servicing and repair works are carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Guide and provide technical support to junior technicians where required.
• Maintain accurate records of servicing, troubleshooting, repairs and parts replaced.
• Any other adhoc activities as assigned by the Company.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a aircon technician related role
• Customer facing, friendly and patient personality
• Must be able to handle physical work due to job nature
• Able to use simple mobile technology
• Good communication skills
• Effective handling of fault / emergency repairs and customer complaints
• Singapore Class 3 driving license is a must (vehicle provided).
• 6 days’ work week
