Deine Aufgaben

  • We are seeking an exceptional AI-Native Data Analyst to join Garner and drive how data shapes busineß decisions at scale. You'll be the person the busineß trusts to turn fuzzy questions into the metrics, dashboards, and deep-dive analyses that decisions actually get made on - owning that work end-to-end.

    Where you will work:

This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

    What you will do:

    • Own KPIs and dashboards end-to-end. Build, maintain, and govern key KPIs and dashboards acroß busineß domains, managing the full lifecycle of analytics projects from scoping to delivery.
    • Be a thought partner on measurement. Partner with stakeholders to define how succeß is measured acroß Garner's products and operations.
    • Build scalable data pipelines. Collaborate with the data engineering team to create maintainable pipelines that power reliable reporting.
    • Develop deep domain expertise. Build a strong understanding of your analytical domain so you can independently drive meaningful insights.
    • Close reporting gaps. Identify where coverage is mißing and proactively develop new dashboards and insights to fill them.
    • Raise the bar on data practices. Advocate for best practices in visualization, documentation, metric consistency, and stakeholder communication acroß teams.
    • Answer high-stakes, ambiguous questions. Run deep-dive investigations into complex busineß problems - the kind of analysis leadership uses to make strategic calls.

    The ideal candidate has:

    • 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Busineß Intelligence, or a similar data-centric role.
    • Croß-functional translation. Ability to translate ambiguous busineß questions into data-driven solutions and to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
    • Autonomy and ownership. Comfortable working independently and owning reporting projects end-to-end.
    • Automation mindset. Attention to detail with a bias toward automation and scalability over one-off work.
    • AI Nativity. Comfort with and excitement about building analytics, building dashboards, and validating results by harneßing the power of AI agents.
    • Making data acceßible. A track record of getting stakeholders trustworthy, self-serve acceß to the information they need. Experience with a BI/visualization tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) helps - but the outcome matters more than the specific tool.
    • Modern data stack. Hands-on with Snowflake (or a comparable cloud warehouse) and SQL at scale; experience with dbt strongly preferred - you'll partner with Data Management in governed pipelines, not just consume their outputs.
    • A desire to be part of a high-performing, mißion-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to
