Job Description

Are you an HR analyst looking to grow your career in global total rewards? We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to benchmark roles, manage compensation structures, and oversee benefit operations across the US and Mexico. In this role, you will analyze market data, solve complex compensation challenges, and deliver fair, competitive pay packages aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Pricing & Job Evaluation: Benchmark roles against external salary surveys and review job descriptions to establish proper grading and pay levels.

  • Salary Planning: Assist with annual merit reviews, bonus distributions, and base pay structural adjustments.

  • Mexico Benefits Management: Drive end-to-end benefits operations for Mexico, including employee enrollment, vendor communication/negotiation, invoice processing, and resolving employee service queries.

  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with federal, state, and local labor laws across US and Mexico jurisdictions.

  • Team Guidance: Execute assignments using established guidelines while offering guidance and support to newer team members.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits management.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; professional HR/compensation certifications preferred.

  • Problem Solving: Ability to evaluate standard problems, analyze solutions using data and precedents, and make sound recommendations.

  • Advanced English Level
