Deine Aufgaben
- Leite und entwickle Feldera Connector Ecosystem für Delta Lake, Apache Iceberg, Kafka, Postgres
- Baue Robust Change Data Capture (CDC) Ingestion für Upstream Changes
- Design und verbessere Shared Abstractions, APIs und Tooling für schnelles Connector Authoring
- Arbeite Deep in Details von Storage Formats (Parquet, Delta, Iceberg), Wire Protocols, Transactional Semantics
- Ensure Connectors sind Reliable und Operate ohne Data Loss oder Duplication
- Push Connector Throughput und Latency für Production Workloads
- Debug Complex Distributed Systems Issues across Feldera und External Systems
Deine Voraussetzungen
- Strong Proficiency in Rust, oder Strong Systems Programming in Comparable Language (C++, Go, Java/Scala) mit Quick Rust Ramp-Up
- Production Data Integration, Connector oder Pipeline Building Experience
- Hands-On Experience mit Kafka, Delta Lake, Iceberg, Postgres oder Comparable Systems
- Working Knowledge von Data Serialization und Table Formats (Avro, Protobuf, JSON, Parquet)
- Understanding von Distributed Systems Fundamentals – Delivery Semantics, Ordering, Checkpointing
