This role also manages special projects, event/meeting planning, and calendaring. Incumbent must be a self-starter who can be discreet, act with the highest integrity and hold sensitive information in the strictest confidence. This position requires the individual to exercise judgment and initiative, practice a high degree of flexibility, operate effectively in a fast-moving environment and multi-task to get the job done.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monitor and manage the flow of information to and from the CFO, keeping informed and initiating appropriate responses.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage calendar and schedule meetings for CFO and team members as required.</li> <li>Coordinate all logistics and details of travel, preparing detailed itineraries; and submitting travel expenses according to T&amp;E policy.</li> <li>Interface with investor relations and investors to schedule meetings and respond to inquiries.</li> <li>Efficiently and effectively organize and prioritize assignments and projects to meet management needs.</li> <li>Produces minutes and actions from meetings as needed.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide administrative support to ensure activities are conducted in a professional manner, representative of the Company.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain functional KPIs and coordinate consolidation among team members.</li> <li>Draft, proofread, and edit internal and external communications, presentations, and reports, ensuring professionalism and accuracy.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>BS/BA degree (Business major preferred)&nbsp;</li> <li>5+ years supporting C-Suite executives and/or management experience of increased responsibility.</li> <li>High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Characteristics &amp; Attributes:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent communicator with proven written and editorial skills.</li> <li>Collaboration skills to drive cross functional alignment at all levels and build trusted relationships across the company.</li> <li>Superior organizational practices and planning skills</li> <li>Ability to orchestrate logistics and activities of a complex, fast-paced office.</li> <li>Meticulous attention to detail and follow-up</li> <li>Aptitude synthesizing details into key take-aways for different audiences.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation Range:<span style="color: rgb(224, 62, 45);">&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p>At SiTime, we believe great work deserves great rewards.
