Responsibilities Handling NDAs and standard commercial contracts using existing templates and guidelines. Supporting contract review and administration (tracking, filing, ensuring smooth workflow). Assisting with secretarial and governance administrative tasks under the supervision of the General Counsel. Ensuring the legal team remains responsive and flexible by taking on tasks otherwise handled by senior lawyers. Requirements Demonstrated experience as a Paralegal with a focus on commercial contracts (in-house or in a law firm). High attention to detail, organized, with good communication skills, and ability to work independently. Genuine interest in technology.
