Senior Product Manager (m/f/d)
Area of responsibility As a Senior Product Manager you take end-to-end responsibility for a clearly defined product area. As the driving force behind discovery and delivery, you find out what customers really need, translate this into clear solutions, and ensure that your development team delivers focused, high-quality work. You work largely independently and are a reliable sparring partner for engineering, design, and business. Your responsibilities You are responsible for discovery and delivery of a product area from the customer problem to the delivered technical solution You independently conduct structured discovery through customer interviews, data analysis, market research, and hypothesis validation You define clear problem statements, prioritize consistently, and ensure the team is always working on the most valuable topic You work closely with engineering and design, drive technical solution finding forward, and weigh trade-offs in a well-founded manner You are responsible for the product metrics of your area, derive insights from them, and report regularly to the Head of Product or Product Lead You build deep expertise in your product area (e.g., ESG data, investor reporting, portfolio analysis) You support PMs and APMs in day-to-day work and help with their development Your profile You have at least 3 years of experience in product management, including demonstrable end-to-end responsibility for B2B products Discovery and UX are among your strengths: you know how to ask the right questions, structure insights, derive user journeys, and generate valid product decisions from them In delivery you are reliable and precise: you work closely with engineering, maintain high quality standards, and deliver consistently You think analytically, are data-driven, and have experience with common analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel) You are familiar with agile methods and common tools (e.g., Linear, Notion, Figma) You communicate complex issues clearly and persuasively to different audiences You work in a structured and self-organized way, even without close supervision You speak fluent German and English Interest in sustainability, real estate, or ESG is a plus Our benefits, we create space for flexibility: Flexible working time and location: Shape your working hours and locations flexibly thanks to our modern home office policy.
