Requirements: 5-10+ years of experience in customer experience, customer service, or related functions. Experience in building processes, systems, and teams in high-growth companies. Background in DTC, eCommerce, CPG, or omnichannel consumer goods. Deep understanding of best practices in customer service. Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
