Responsibilities Conduct general repairs and maintenance in guest rooms, public areas, and facilities Monitor and support external contractors as needed Implement and maintain the property's preventative maintenance program Keep accurate records of daily tasks, maintenance requests, and service plans Requirements Craft-related experience in the construction or property sector (preferably 12 months but not mandatory) Preferred: Experience in painting Ability to solve problems and work independently Excellent time management and organizational skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Genuine commitment to high service standards Flexibility to work weekends and holidays Benefits Career Growth: Learning and development programs to advance your career.
