Deine Aufgaben

  • Tag-für-Tag Operationen von HOA und Residential Communities verwalten
  • Routine Property Inspections durchführen und Maintenance oder Compliance Issues identifizieren
  • Vendors und Contractors für Repairs, Maintenance und Capital Projects koordinieren
  • Primary Point of Contact für Homeowners, HOA Board Members und Committees sein
  • Board Meeting Materials vorbereiten und Board und Annual Meetings teilnehmen
  • Accurate Records, Reports und Community Documentation verwalten
  • Budgeting, Invoice Processing und Accounts Receivable Tracking unterstützen
  • Monthly Financial Reporting, einschließlich Variance Reports unterstützen
  • Mit internen Teams zusammenarbeiten, um smooth Community Operations zu sichern

Deine Voraussetzungen

  • 2+ Jahre Erfahrung in Property Management, HOA Management, Leasing oder Customer-Facing Roles
  • Strong Organizational und Time Management Skills
  • Excellent Written und Verbal Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
