The position analyzes business processes, operational data, and stakeholder requirements to identify improvements, support informed decision-making, and enhance program efficiency

Deine Aufgaben

  • Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes, workflows, requirements, and operational data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, Excel analyses, presentations, briefings, and other management-support products.
  • Monitor performance metrics, processing timelines, accuracy, workload, and compliance with established procedures.
  • Analyze travel, financial, personnel, procurement, training, and programmatic activities and identify discrepancies or issues requiring action.
  • Gather and document business requirements and support process and workflow improvements.
