Deine Aufgaben
- Sortiere und validiere Invoices und Supporting Documents von Suppliers
- Suche Approval von Local Entities für Invoices
- Review Employee Expense Reports gegen Receipts
- Stelle sicher dass Payment Requests korrekt genehmigt sind
- Führe Invoice Processing Activities durch (2-Way und 3-Way Matches)
- Initiiere Payment Runs aligned mit Payment Schedules
- Suche und sichere Approvals für Payment Batches
- Prepare Weekly Invoice Status Reports
- Generiere und analysiere Weekly und Monthly Aging Reports
- Prepare Analytical Reports für Accounts Payable
Deine Voraussetzungen
- 2+ Jahre Erfahrung in Accounts Payable oder General Accounting
- Hybrid Setup (3 Tage On-Site in Alabang, 2 Tage WFH) erforderlich
- Erfahrung mit AR, AP und GL Module in ERP Systemen
- Advanced Microsoft Excel und Google Applications Proficiency
- Erfahrung in Shared Services oder BPO Environment
- Erfahrung in internationalen und kulturell diversen Organisationen
