• Your Tasks Take commercial ownership of client relationships, overseeing P&L and ensuring pricing and profitability of your client account/accounts
• Manage and resolve account escalations in a timely manner Qualifications Proven track record in customer account management, with a focus on resolving complaints and improving solutions
