Deine Aufgaben

• Besitze die Platform-Engineering Hälfte der Org - Intelligence Domain, Connectivity, Data & Fraud, Assemble Agent-Authoring Platform
• Führe Org Design & Growth für Platform Domains - baue und skaliere Team mit hohen Standards
• Arbeite an Agentic & Conversational AI Platform - LLM Orchestration, Retrieval Systems, Evals, Integration/Computer-Use
• Fahre Velocity & Quality durch Tooling, Eval Gates und Reliability Practices
• Baue AI-Native Engineering Culture - Frontier Tools als Standard
• Partner mit CTO Bruce auf Architecture und CEO Srinivas auf Product

Deine Voraussetzungen

• 10+ Jahre Engineering, 4-6 Jahre Leadership in High-Growth Startups/Scale-Ups
• Skaliere Platform/Infra Team durch Funding Transition
• Domain Commonality (Required) - AI/Agentic Systems, LLM/ML Infrastructure oder Conversational/Voice AI in Production Scale
• Deep AI Engineering Fluency - wie LLMs funktionieren, Reliable Agentic Systems bauen, Infra Level
• Hands-On Platform Background - Distributed Systems, API Design, Cloud Architecture, Production AI Ops
• Production-Scale TypeScript und/oder Python
• Noch Technical - Reviewer PRs, macht Architecture Calls, hält sein Gewicht mit Staff/Chief Engineers
