- Handling von MVA, CVA, Catastrophic Injury, Wrongful Death und Complex Injury Claims
- Development von Litigation Strategies und Oversight aller Litigation Phases
- Durchführung von Depositions, Mediations, Hearings und Settlement Negotiations
- Preparation und Trial von Cases wenn Settlement nicht im Best Interest des Clients ist
