We are looking for a Senior Client Experience Manager (akin to a Senior Account Executive role at most agencies) who can confidently step into a great team environment supporting a renown national QSR (Quick Service Retail) account. With an always curious mindset, this person takes on new projects with confidence and is comfortable managing cross-functional initiatives and partnering with diversely skilled teams.  To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks for different teams/clients on an ongoing basis. They are an operational “go-getter” or “do-er” as well as a thinker.  They support the team on day-to-day client and creative deliverables by managing projects from brief through execution and all the meetings, notes, and details involved, while also managing a leading role on smaller projects.  Our ideal candidate can manage daily responsibilities, adapt to project deliverable changes, and actively participate in cross-functional team ideation sessions.  They are a part of the client relationship and handle themselves professionally in all communications.  Their ongoing engagement with the team will reinforce client confidence in driving their business and the successful growth of our agency by being an essential part of the Account Management team.  Responsibilities:  CLIENT: Contribute to Client relationships  <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Be the primary point of contact for client counterpart and cross agency team in managing the daily activities for cross-channel initiatives  </li> </ul> <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Exhibit a thorough understanding of the client’s brand, objectives, and operations to successfully accomplish deliverables that meet client expectations across the whole brand spectrum </li> </ul> CREATIVE: Recognize the conditions for whole brand thinking  Apply independent, critical thinking and contribute ideas in cross-functional team settings across creative, strategy, media, PR, and production disciplines  <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Work closely with project account director to support Whole Brand integrated projects, proactively anticipate and solve problems, identify opportunities for efficiencies and growth, and ensure proper communications and team direction </li> </ul>   COLLABORATION: Excellence in communications & proactive team connector  Embraces a diverse and inclusive environment where each team member feels they can bring their best self, be respected and seen  <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="3" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Lead and uphold the conditions for constructive team member meetings, client reviews, and strategic team member engagements that inspire quality outputs and drive brand success </li> </ul> <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="3" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Partner closely with Project Management to understand the timing, workflow, and project deliverables to manage client expectations and to anticipate team needs/client needs   </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="3" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1">Partner with project management to effectively manage resources and budgets  </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="3" data-aria-posinset="4" data-aria-level="1">Deliver accurate and timely trafficking, network clearance, and shipping of creative materials </li> </ul> <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="3" data-aria-posinset="5" data-aria-level="1">Work collaboratively with client agency partners and vendors to traffic assets, manage talent tracking, and monitor deliverables </li> </ul> <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="3" data-aria-posinset="6" data-aria-level="1">Be a detail-oriented project expert that partners with Project Management to manage timelines, impact of client changes/requests, and overall workflow </li> </ul> <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="3" data-aria-posinset="7" data-aria-level="1">Proactively run all work through legal, talent and finance team members as needed </li> </ul>  Qualifications:  <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="4" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Minimum 3 years relevant account management experience, agency experience preferred </li> </ul> <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="4" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Production and/or QSR-related experience a plus </li> </ul> <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="4" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1">Self-starter with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment </li> </ul> <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="4" data-aria-posinset="4" data-aria-level="1">Strong collaborator with the ability to lead cross-channel initiatives with a diverse range of team members and stakeholders </li> </ul> <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="4" data-aria-posinset="5" data-aria-level="1">Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of effectively articulating both strategic recommendations and detailed tactical plans </li> </ul>   Compensation The annual gross base salary range is $60,000- $83,000 USD. This range represents the anticipated target salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and geographic location.
