Deine Aufgaben
- Führung des Onboarding Prozesses von neuen Customers in SIEM Plattformen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Customers zur Erfassung von Security Monitoring Anforderungen
- Konfiguration von Log Sources, Event Collectors und Parsing Rules
- Troubleshooting von Integration Issues und SIEM Performance Problemen
- Dokumentation von Onboarding Procedures und Best Practices
- Entwicklung von neuen Tools für Log Collection und Log Processing
- SIEM Konfiguration Optimierung und Automation
Deine Voraussetzungen
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung mit SIEM Plattformen (IBM QRadar oder Sentinel) erforderlich
- Vertrautheit mit Scripting Languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Wissen von Log Formats (Syslog, JSON, CEF) und Log Collection Mechanismen
- Exzellente Kommunikations- und Problem-Solving Skills
- Erfahrung mit Cloud Security Monitoring (Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud, On-Prem)
