Zenkraft is hiring. Weâre looking for an applicant who can provide first level technical support to our customers. Zenkraft is the preferred integrator for FedEx, UPS, USPS, and 70+ other global shipping carriers. Zenkraftâs customer portfolio includes small start-ups to some of the largest global companies, including Tesla, Lenovo, and Fitbit.
This is a great position for someone who is looking to work with a fast-growing SaaS company yet work from the comfort of their own home. You will work closely with our Sales and Technical teams. Daily tasks will include:Â· Be first point of contact for customer service enquiriesÂ· Support onboarding of new customers, gathering implementation criteriaÂ· Investigate customer issues; identify the problem, resolve or escalateÂ· Install and configure our applicationÂ· Build workflow, process builders, reports and dashboards per the customer requestsÂ· Configure the Zenkraft-Salesforce shipping solutionÂ· Assign user licenses and manage user permissionsÂ· Provide timely responses to ongoing customer casesYou will have these skills:Â· Willingness to learn, and a fast, effective learnerÂ· Resourceful when handling customer queriesÂ· Great at solving problemsÂ· Personable with attention to providing great customer serviceÂ· Excellent communication skillsÂ· Familiarity with G SuiteYou may have these skills:Â· Salesforce experience – our solution works on all of the Salesforce Clouds (certifications are a plus)Â· Experience with other AppExchange solutionsÂ· Ability to create Salesforce formulas, workflows and process buildersA small competency task using our app will form part of the interview process.
