Who we’re looking for Ethena is looking for a Customer Succeß Engineer who sits at the intersection of technical implementation, product expertise, and AI-powered workflows. This isn't a traditional CSM role you'll be the operational backbone of new customer onboarding and ongoing configuration, using AI tools to move faster and build smarter than a traditional implementation function. You'll work closely with our Account Management team to ensure customers go live quickly, integrate deeply, and expand confidently. Location Ethena is a remote-first organization and is currently hiring candidates based in the United States. We are not currently offering employer visa sponsorship for this role.
