<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>About the Role:</strong> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The Senior Product Growth Manager is a critical connective layer between Pacvue's product team and the broader market. This is not a pure PM role, it is a strategy and intelligence function that requires you to be equally comfortable in customer conversations, competitive analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </span></p>

<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Conduct structured customer discovery — interviews, advisory touchpoints, Gong signal analysis — to gather evidence on whether new capabilities address real pain points. Write Product strategy summaries across Pacvue's emerging product suite to document what you find clearly and share it fast. </span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Stay current on platform updates, channel changes, and ecosystem shifts across programmatic, retail media, and social commerce — flag what's relevant and bring it into team conversations. </span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Gather and organize feedback from CS, Sales, Support, and Gong into clear, structured summaries — making it easy for Product and TPM to see patterns without having to dig. </span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Own the product narrative for ecosystem partner conversations (e.g., Amazon) and lead preparation of materials for external industry touchpoints like IAB. </span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Collaborate with PMM to identify and highlight value and real world industry context in GTM materials. </span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Partner with Business Solutions and Sales Enablement to own the routing and resolution of external product requests — driving cleaner ways of working across the function. </span></li>
</ul>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Skills & Qualifications:</strong> </span></p>
<ul class="ul1">
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Typically 4–6+ years of total experience, with 2–3+ years in product management and 2–3+ years in a product strategy, product marketing, or growth-adjacent function where you owned analysis, narratives, or GTM deliverables. </span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Experience participating in or supporting structured customer conversations — interviews, feedback sessions, advisory touchpoints — and organizing what you hear into something useful. </span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Some exposure to go-to-market launch coordination for software or platform products; you've worked across teams and understand the handoffs between Product, Marketing, and CS. </span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Comfort with data: you can work with usage metrics and customer feedback to build a clear summary and support a recommendation. </span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Strong written communication — you write clearly, organize information well, and can make a product concept legible to a non-technical commercial audience. </span></li>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The annual base salary range for this position is $140,000-$170,000 USD. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and market data for their location. This position is also eligible for an additional annual bonus compensation through one of Pacvue’s highly attractive incentive plans, full details will be provided during the recruitment process. </span></p>
