- Features im Accounting Product bauen und shippein – von Member-facing Reconciliation bis Internal Tooling
- Integration Layer zwischen Collective und Partnern arbeiten (Banking, Accounting, APIs)
- Transaction Pipeline von Bank Feeds bis Data Layer verbessern
- Well-Scoped Features end-to-end ownen
- Mit Product, Design und Operations zusammenarbeiten auf Accounting Workflows
- AI-Powered Development Tools (Copilots, Code Agents) täglich nutzen
- Klare Kommunikation über Cross-Functional Teams
Deine Voraussetzungen
- 3–4 Jahre Production Software Building in Product-Focused Environment
- Solid Fullstack Engineering Skills (Python, Django, React oder Modern Frameworks)
- Hands-on Third-Party API Integration und Messy, Real-World Data
- Hands-on AI Developer Tools (Copilots, Code Agents) Nutzung, nicht nur Experimente
- Ability, Well-Scoped Problems zu Well-Shipped, Instrumented Solutions fahren
- Good Product und UX Instincts für Scope Tradeoffs
