Responsibilities: Leading Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, sprint review, retrospective) for assigned teams Coordinating with the Release Manager to define scope and deployment readiness Tracking and reporting Sprint metrics, velocity, and team health Removing obstacles and facilitating cross-team dependencies Coaching team members on Agile principles and self-organization Managing the JIRA backlog and sprint boards Coordinating with government testers on acceptance testing and feedback Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master CSM or PSM certification Active Secret Clearance required U.S. citizenship required Experience with JIRA and Confluence Benefits: Salary range: $95,000 - $135,000 per year Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, education and certification reimbursements) Hybrid/remote work environment with potential on-site requirements
