We are looking for a Payroll Clerk Internship as a key team member in our Human Resources department, reporting directly to the HR Manager and working with payroll team.
This role is specifically tailored to support the unique environments of Splendido and Splendido Mare.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- HR Administration and Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records and provide general administrative, from entering employee information into the HR management system, managing timecards, to the end of the employment relationship.
- Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing and administration, ensuring accuracy and timely payment for employees.
- Special Projects: Participate in HR projects as assigned, contributing to initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in Human Resources or Hospitality Management is a plus. Candidates with experience working with employment agencies will also be considered.
- Passion and Drive: A genuine enthusiasm for HR and a strong desire to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment like the luxury hospitality sector. High energy and a proactive, can-do attitude are essential.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a demanding, ever-evolving setting. Experience handling diverse situations within a high-end resort environment is a plus.
- Collaboration: A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, interacting positively with other departments.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
