We are looking for a freelance Influencer Marketing Coordinator with superior communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a desire to build valuable working experience with a select portfolio of clients who are also household names. Job Responsibilities include: Campaign development: Work with the strategy team to ideate and develop engaging influencer campaigns Creator Discovery: Generate thoughtful target lists of influencers based on campaign KPIs Content Briefs: Craft detailed creator briefs around key program objectives and creative goals Contract negotiation: Assist with negotiating and executing contracts with influencers Onboarding: Onboard and oversee creators as they plug into the overall marketing program Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for creators, maintaining daily communication with them and their reps Monitor: Ensure that creator content meets brand standards Trends: Stay up to date on social media and creator trends Budgeting: Assist with managing campaign budgets to ensure profitability On-Site: Cover in-person creator events Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience with a brand or agency in a similar capacity. Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficient in data analysis tools, and excellent at presentation software like Google Slides.
