Customer Success Manager customer-support engineering services & support

Job Description 1. Responsible for on-site installation, operational training, maintenance, and repair of High-End LCMS products in the designated area, including but not limited to high-performance liquid chromatographs, triple quadrupoles, time-of-flight mass spectrometers, and related hardware and software. 2. Promptly resolve customer issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain good customer relationships. 3. Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to complete various customer after-sales service and support projects. 4. Efficiently complete other tasks in accordance with company processes. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above in chemistry, pharmacy, food science, biology, electrical engineering, or related fields. 2. At least 2 years of experience operating LC or LCMS systems or 1+ years of after-sales service experience with related products, with a deep understanding of instrument principles and routine maintenance. 3. Enthusiasm for technical research, strong hands-on abilities, and interest in after-sales service work. 4. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Good proficiency in written and basic spoken English. 6. Ability to adapt to a high frequency of business travel. 7. Recent master's graduates are welcome to apply. Additional Details This job has a full-time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
