Responsibilities: Managing and improving StackAdapt’s consolidated financial model to support decision-making and strategic planning. Preparing materials for the board of directors and executive leadership, clearly outlining performance, key insights, and strategic directions. Developing the long-term corporate plan in alignment with growth objectives and strategic initiatives. Leading the management of FP&A systems, including tool implementation, configuration, training, and continuous improvements. Supporting Investor Relations through detailed financial analyses, ad hoc requests, and strategic planning contributions. Collaborating with Accounting, BizOps, and functional leaders to develop reporting, variance analyses, and scenario planning. Leading or supporting a variety of strategic ad hoc projects, such as pricing analyses, cost structure evaluations, and investment prioritization. Enhancing internal reporting processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and actionable insights. Establishing best practices in forecasting, budgeting, and financial systems as the company scales. Qualifications: 8–12+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance, ideally at a high-growth SaaS or technology company. Experience building and maintaining complex financial models. Ability to synthesize financial insights into clear, compelling narratives for executives, investors, and cross-functional teams. Familiarity with financial planning systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Pigment, Planful), with the ability to act as a system administrator or technical lead. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executives. Proactive and curious mindset, comfortable navigating a dynamic, unpredictable environment. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Looker, or other BI tools is an asset. High attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities.
