Deine Aufgaben
- Medication Reminders und/oder Assistance nach State Regulations bereitstellen
- Medications nach State Guidelines administrieren
- Medication Order und Receive Prozesse managen
- Alle Medications zur Administration verfügbar halten
- Tasks priorisieren um optimale Services zu Residents gewährleisten
- Resident Records in Digital Platform täglich halten
- Room Visits und Room Checks regelmäßig durchführen
- Resident Care unterstützen wenn benötigt
- Promptly und Positively auf Resident Requests antworten
- Safety und Wellbeing von Residents monitorieren und Communicate zu Healthcare Leadership
- Medication Compliance Audits durchführen
Deine Voraussetzungen
- High School Diploma oder 2-4 Jahre Related Experience
- Medication Certification nach State Standards
- First Aid und CPR Certification (falls erforderlich)
- Able to Read und Interpret Safety Rules und Operating Instructions
- Able to Speak Effectively with Residents, Family, Colleagues
- Neat und Clean Appearance nach Dress Code
