Developing and implementing capture strategies to create competitive advantages and secure contracts. Building and maintaining trusted relationships with military, governmental, industrial, and strategic stakeholders. Representing Shield AI at trade shows, defense expos, and industry-specific events. Presenting and communicating Shield AI’s product portfolio, operational capabilities, and mission value to customers and partners. Requirements At least 8 years of experience in defense, military operations, business development, capture management, or international government relations. Strong understanding of defense acquisition processes, military procurement, and operational customer environments. Proven experience in building trusted relationships in the government, military, and industry sectors. Exceptional communicator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
