Universidad Continental, a higher education organization, is seeking an Academic Assistant for Continuing Education for the Graduate School and Continuing Education Center. Mission: Provide comprehensive support to the Academic Manager, teachers, and students during the academic process of the various courses and/or Continuing Education programs, ensuring the proper use of virtual platforms. Additionally, proactively contribute to improving the academic experience and strengthening the competitive positioning of the Graduate School in the educational market. Responsibilities: - Manage the registration, activation, and assignment of students and teachers in the system. - Request the creation and activation of virtual platforms for each course. - Provide support in the use of virtual platforms for teachers and students. - Publish educational resources and materials on virtual platforms. - Conduct training and guidance on the use of virtual tools. - Prepare and manage academic documents such as grade reports, attendance records, and other administrative documents. - Follow up on requests, incidents, and satisfaction surveys from students and teachers. - Assist in managing payment receipts and follow-up on payments to teachers. - Coordinate with the virtualization department to monitor teachers responsible for developing educational materials. - Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: - Technical or university graduate in Administration, Communication Sciences, Education, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - At least 1 year of experience as a practitioner or administrative assistant in the education sector. - Intermediate proficiency in office automation tools. - Basic proficiency in English. - Competencies in planning and organization, effective communication, adaptability, and customer orientation.
