- Owne Workday Tenant Configuration Strategy über Production, Sandbox und Implementation Tenants inklusive Bi-Annual Release Planning und Long-Term Architectural Decisions
- Sei Crusoe's Primary Workday Subject Matter Authority und Decision-Maker auf Configuration Standards, Design Patterns und System Governance
- Owne End-to-End Functional Administration über Workday Modules inklusive Talent & Performance, Learning, Payroll und Absence & Time Tracking
- Etabliere und maintaine einen Configuration Change Management Process mit Dokumentations Standards, Peer Review, Rollback Procedures und Centralized Audit Trail
- Designe und maintaine Workday Security Role Assignments, Domain Security Policies und Business Process Security
- Partner mit IT Security und Internal Audit zur Unterstützung SOC 2 und Internal Control Requirements
- Owne Data Quality Governance: definiere Master Data Standards, führe periodic Audits durch und resolve Data Integrity Issues
- Managen und supportieren Integrations mit Downstream Systems (ADP Workforce Now, Benefits Carriers, Identity Providers, Ashby, Shareworks)
- Baue und maintaine Workday Reports und Dashboards zur Unterstützung von HR, Finance und People Analytics
