• Your tasks Manage customer relationships and act as a primary point of contact for service-related queries
• Coordinate with operational and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Deine Voraussetzungen

• Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, account management, service delivery, or a similar customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience within logistics, supply chain, or outsourcing environments is advantageous but not essential
