The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and analytically driven, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role requires a professional who can build reporting infrastructure, uncover data-driven insights, and optimize financial processes to support the overall financial health of the organization. How You'll Contribute <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track Accounts Receivable and broader financial performance metrics</li> <li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Analyze large datasets to identify trends, pinpoint process failures, and recommend data-backed improvements</li> <li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Legal, and Finance teams to surface insights that help resolve complex billing issues and disputes</li> <li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Conduct root-cause analysis using data to determine the underlying drivers of recurring issues and disputes</li> <li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop and implement data models, automated reports, and process improvements to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and ensure data accuracy and integrity</li> <li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Generate and present regular reports and visualizations on project status, dispute trends, aging, and resolution status for management review</li> <li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, definitions, reporting logic, and analytical methodologies</li> <li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements</li> <li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to share insights, best practices, and knowledge that improve overall business performance</li> </ul> What You'll Bring to Xometry <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field</li> <li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field preferred but not required, with at least five years of related experience</li> <li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven experience building reports, dashboards, or data models within Finance, Accounts Receivable, or a similar function</li> <li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and craft creative, data-driven solutions</li> <li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical/data findings for stakeholders and personnel at all levels</li> <li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)</li> <li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">SQL proficiency and experience working with relational databases required</li> <li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Knowledge of accounting principles and relevant financial regulations</li> <li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with ERP systems and financial databases is a plus</li> <li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience in the manufacturing or B2B industry is preferred #LI-Hybrid</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion">Xometry is an equal opportunity employer.
