Deine Aufgaben
- Payment Infrastructure bauen die über mehrere Länder, Währungen und Regulatory Regimes funktioniert
- Multi-Currency Accounting und Reconciliation Systems at Scale designen
- Mit internationalen Banking Systems integrieren und Payment Rails (SEPA, BACS, SWIFT) einsetzen
- Sowohl 0-1 Arbeit (neue Märkte starten) als auch 1-N Arbeit (bestehende skalieren) gleichzeitig bewältigen
- Cross-Funktional mit Compliance, Product, Ops und externen Partners zusammenarbeiten um komplexe Regional Requirements zu navigieren
- Probleme end-to-end von Architektur bis Production Reliability zur Partner Integration führen
Deine Voraussetzungen
- 5+ Jahre Backend oder Platform Engineering Erfahrung in High-Scale Production Umgebungen
- Strong Systems Design Skills: komfortable mit ambiguousem Requirements und reliable Lösungen bauen
- Schnelllebige Umgebungen mit High Ambiguity und Independent Ownership Experience
- Distributed Systems, Performance Optimization und Production Reliability Komfort
- Strong Cross-Functional Collaboration Skills
