Control Risks is looking for several dedicated GSOC Shift Leads to join a newly formed GSOC programme aligned to a global technology company, based in Singapore. The team will provide continuous 24/7 coverage of the client's operations in APAC and other global regions, and will operate on a rotational shift basis.

Solid verbal and written communication skills to lead a team effectively and ensure the accurate transfer of information across shifts. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that critical information is delivered clearly and on time. Ability to train and coach operators, including the conducting of drills. Proficient in using office software, with good document writing skills and data analysis skills. Can adapt to the 24x7 hour working schedule, including holidays.
