<li>Work one-on-one with children using evidence-based ABA techniques to promote independence, social skills, and personal growth through fun and interactive activities tailored to each child's unique needs.</li>
<li>Teaching skills to enhance communication and functioning</li>
<li>Implementing and facilitating behavior plans, monitoring outcomes, and adjusting strategies as needed</li>
<li>Restructuring environments to support positive outcomes and reduce problematic behaviors</li>
<li>Collecting data and maintaining accurate records</li>
<li>Communicating with behavior analysts, families, and peers to coordinate activities and advocate for individual needs</li>
<li>Completing daily progress notes and maintaining accurate records</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Pass a National Criminal Background check</li>
<li><strong>RBT or BCaBA </strong>Certification (required)</li>
<li>Reliable transportation</li>
<li>Ability to physically engage with children in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 30lbs and maintaining a safe and tidy workspace.</li>
<li>Spanish-speaking skills (preferred)</li>
<li>Must be willing to travel and work in-home, in-school, and in-clinic settings.</li>
<li>Degrees in special education, teaching, psychology, sociology, or related fields (Preferred)</li>
