Deine Aufgaben
- Eigentümerschaft des Asset-Level Business Plans von Akquisition bis Disposition oder Refinance
- Überprüfung monatlicher Finanzberichte, Budgets, Rent Rolls und CapEx
- Monitoring von KPIs wie NOI, DSCR, IRR und Occupancy
- Überwachung und Koordination mit Third-Party Property Managern und Leasing Brokern
- Genehmigung von Budgets, Leasing Decisions und Major CapEx Initialen
- Durchführung von Hold/Sell/Refinance Analysen und Execution Koordination
- Vorbereitung von Quarterly Investor Updates und Reporting
- Zusammenarbeit mit Acquisitions, Development und Property Management Teams
Deine Voraussetzungen
- 3-7 Jahre Erfahrung in Real Estate Asset Management, Acquisitions oder Portfolio Management
- Starkes Verständnis von CRE Financial Modeling, Leasing Structures und Investment Analysis
- Proficiency in Excel und Comfort mit Finanzberichten
- Hochorganisiert, analytisch und Multi-Asset-Manager
- Ausgezeichnete Written und Verbal Communication Skills
- Industrial oder Last-Mile Logistics Assets Erfahrung bevorzugt
