This role is a product leadership position responsible for maximizing profitable growth and driving digital transformation through customer-centric and AI-driven solutions. You will be instrumental in elevating product development practice, influencing cross-functional leaders, and ensuring our marketplace products deliver measurable business value at scale. Also, as a founding Product Manager for Xometry’s India PDT team, you will help establish product practices, build cross-region trust and collaboration, and foster a culture of innovation and execution as the organization scales. <h2>How You'll Contribute:</h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Champion a rigorous, data-driven approach by defining and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track success, measure impact, and continuously refine the experience.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Found and Scale Xometry’s India Product Development Center</li> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Serve as a founding Product Manager for Xometry’s India PDT team, establishing product practices, enabling global trust, and helping build a high-performing organization.</li> </ul> </ul> <h2>What You'll Bring to Xometry:</h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">12+ years of progressive product management experience, with a significant portion in a strategic or principal/director-level role.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven track record of defining, successfully launching, and scaling complex B2B enterprise software, marketplace, or high-scale operational products in high-growth environments.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">AI-native, with hands-on fluency in AI tools and a track record of using them to compress the path from idea to validated, shipped product change</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Exceptional strategic, analytical, and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data, develop clear business cases, and guide critical product decisions.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Superior leadership, communication, and executive presence, with a demonstrated ability to effectively influence and align a wide range of stakeholders from technical teams to executive leadership.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.</li> </ul> <h2>Desired Skills</h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Deep understanding of digital marketplaces, particularly in B2B or e-commerce, with a focus on supply chain technology, logistics tooling, or manufacturing processes.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
