Your Tasks

  • Assist HR Manager, Supervisors, and Leadership with employee processing (in and out)
  • Support budget report preparation and tracking
  • Provide note-taking and administrative support for conferences and meetings
  • Prepare materials for and coordinate logistics for meetings and training conferences
  • Issue and manage building badges, ID credentials, and keys
  • Track hiring selections and manage suspense actions in agency systems
  • Maintain records of workload, facility assignments, and related tasks
  • Coordinate office supplies procurement
  • Manage correspondence for assigned components
  • Support travel and leave schedule maintenance for leadership
  • Answer phone messages and coordinate Teams meetings
  • Track and manage inventory of equipment and vehicles
  • Assist with uploading resumes and managing applicant tracking systems
  • Coordinate with event planners for ceremonies and awards programs

Your Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Two years of relevant administrative and technical support experience
  • Active Secret Clearance (required to be considered)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with good English command
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
